it's now 11:30pm... ...and as every other night, in fairfax, I hear the westbound Capitol Limited wailing it's way through Panther Hollow as it bursts into Schenley Tunnel, which results in a nearly-imperceptible subaudible rumble throughout the entire building, if you're one of the few people who even notices...
...and then, thirty seconds later, we're back to the same stillness that existed before it...
